Jetlagged

Glad everyone is still enjoying the blog. Sorry about the sporadic updates. As you can imagine E and I are covered up with NJ, but we're having a blast. As of this past Tuesday we were officially on our own after E's mom went back home. So far so good. NJ is nearly 2 weeks old and we're already seeing changes in her. I guess it's true when they say that children grow up fast. Her eyes now open up wide and I think she's starting to learn how to track our faces. NJ is a voracious eater. We've nicknamed her "The Barracuda". Her hair is coming in and we still can't tell what color her eyes are going to be although genetically we're leaning towards brown (I have brown eyes and E has blue).

Like all new parents both E and I have been slimmed by NJ aka Princess POOPS-A-LOT. We're in a perpetually state of feeling jetlagged, but everyone tells us that it'll eventually wear off, like in 18 years.
