Just wanted to let everyone know that the Whites are doing great. Special shoutouts of appreciation to Grammy, Grammy Jane, Aunt K, Aunt D and MSB for all the yummy food you've given us over the past few weeks. I have no idea what we're going to do once we have to cook for ourselves again. We also want to thank everyone for their time, gifts and love that you've show us and NJ over the last few weeks and months. You will never know how much we appreciate everything.
E and I are still getting adjusted to NJ. Apparently she thinks that night is day and day is night. We're managing. Lucky for her she so darn cute.
NJ is eating well. She's put on about a pound. She lost her umbilical cord and we're still trying to figure out this breatfeeding thing. I did learn this week for all you new and future Daddies that you should sit your baby upright instead of laying him/her down when giving a bottle. It helps to keep the drink flow even and the baby from drowning in milk. After all when was the last time you took a drink laying down and were sober.
