Going Mobile

I realized today that a lot of you out there in cyberspace have only met and interacted with NJ via this website and the images that we've put up of her. As you can imagine she's a dynamic individual that continues to keep E and I excited and amazed on a daily basis. She's growing faster than we could have imagined. It's a regular occasion to come into her room in the morning to find her sitting up on her knees or even trying to pull herself up to a standing position. She's crawling around at a pretty fast clip and as you've seen, she is amazingly curious. Like her father when he was a child, she also goes after everything that's potentially dangerous. E and I are going to have to childproof the house much sooner than we had anticipated (Beeps-We've already put plug protectors in the nursery :)

Over the past few months NJ has brought such an unspeakable joy into lives. I knew parenthood was going to be great, but I never imagined that it would be this wonderful. I also now understand why my parents always wanted to know where I was and who I was with. The whole concept of them telling me to "check in regularly" makes a whole lot more sense to me these days.

Believe it or not NJ will be 8 months old tomorrow. So to celebrate and show everyone her progress I created a new video of her.
