911...Can You State Your Emergency

So you hear all those stories about teen aged kids threatening to call the police on their parents. Well let just say that NJ is getting an early start on reporting us to the police. This evening, after making a surprise call to one of my business partners, NJ decided to call the police on us. While I was explaining to my partner that NJ had mistakenly called, a police officer came strolling up to our doorstep. After the officer made sure that everything was OK and a profuse amount of apologies on our part, I turned my gaze to an unapologetic and giggling NJ. I was able to grab a quick shot of the squad car leaving. I think that we have a future comedienne in that NJ!

On another note, Happy Mother's Day to all those Moms out there. Beeps and Grammy J came down for a little visit over the weekend for Mother's Day and NJ's cousin M's 1st Birthday. E and I got to spend some time out on the town on Friday night and Saturday morning we actually got to sleep into until after 9. Pure heaven I tell you.

This week officially marked the end of us using NJ's first car seat. To commemorate the event we've included some more before and after pictures.
