Snow Angel

If you live in the Northeast like we do hopefully you had the day off to go and frolic in the snow. This morning NJ and I found ourselves enjoying a little QT while I shoveled the 6 or so inches of snow off of our sidewalks. NJ tried to help me a for a bit, but she soon left me hanging to make an impromptu visit to our neighbor's house for a mid-morning snack. Of course I got left holding the shovel.

After a quick trip indoors to warm ourselves up we ventured out again. As a first time father I found it my paternal duty to teach NJ the fine art of snow angel making. I think she enjoyed it until the snow got in her suit. Please notice E's quick intervention (red glove entering the picture) at NJ's first sign of discomfort. She's such a Mom. After that it was game over and back indoors.

On a side note I haven't updated the visitors to the site count in a while, but we're well over 18,000 visits now if you can believe that. Our farthest visitor is from Australia and we've been blogging now for 2.5 years. Crazy!

Hope you enjoy the new pictures and your day off.

Take care!
