New Camera...New Hobby

Somebody asked me what I had planned for the week that E and the kids went away to Wisconsin. I replied that I really hadn't planned on much other than watching TV and catching up on some much neglected PS3. After my response my friend politely told me that I needed to get a hobby and quick!

Well after feeling the pressure and stresses of work I have officially decided to take up photography. I've been playing around with it for years and it's practically in my DNA. So after a little research I went out and bought a big boy camera to learn on.

You all are witness to my first shots. You can click on the image for a close up. I've got a lot to learn, but I hope you enjoy them. Many, many more to follow.

P.S. BTW - E goes back to work tomorrow, we hired a part-time Nanny and NJ has what the doctors think is touch of pneumonia, but she recovering nicely. Trust us she fine. No calls are necessary (fat chance on that right)
