This is a picture from our honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Who knew that 1 year and 2 months later we'd be pregnant with our first child. E and I met over 5 years ago and even though I'd like to say it was love at first sight it wasn't. We dated, we worked and eventually we fell in love and we got married. Two more different people could not be found in the world. You name the topic and I guarantee you we're going to take opposing views on it. She's a Democrat and I'm a Republican. She's a Catholic and I'm Protestant. She's liberal and I'm conservative and the list goes on and on, but we make it work everyday and we love each other.

I want to thank both D & E and the Heavenly Father for making me a future grandparent. It seemed as it was just yesterday that I became a parent. Happily, at 63 years of age I am confident that I will see a grand before I leave Planet Earth. As for that grandchild, no matter what the gender, he or she could not have chosen better parents, or for that matter grandparents to be "spoiled."

Precious, wonderful, marvelous Elizabeth and David, You two have made Poppa Jim and I the happiest and most excited ggs ever! Can't wait! Watching you two together is such a joy. I know you will be wonderful parents-you are already.
God bless and love you, Grammy
Just checking in. Hope everything is progressing well. I went shopping on Saturday, just browsing. Could you manage to have twins, one of each. It is going to be difficult trying to pick, so two would be nice.
