Saturday marked the official half way point for Baby White. Saturday was the beginning of the 20th week of Baby White's new life on Planet Earth. I'm still confused about whether or not a pregnancy is 9 or 10 months (40 weeks) long, but if you go by the 10 month calculation we're half way there. April 14th is our official due date.
E is really starting to show as you can see by today's new picture. Her appetite remains strong and she gets up every morning around 6:30AM hungry. Although we can't officially confirm this, we think that E is starting to feel the baby move around. As a matter of fact I thought I felt something the other day too. We can't tell whether or not it's gas, but those internet gurus say that women typically tend to feel fetal movement between the 16th and 20th week. The movement is most often described as "feeling gassy" by pregnant women. Baby White is now 7 inches long and weighs about 10 oz. 7 inches and 10oz...I'm sure Baby White is doing somersaults in there.
Nursery planning is getting ready to go into hi-speed. E is actually letting me take point on the design, color, furniture and layout of the room. I have to admit this is all getting cooler by the day.
