Three Generations Or Is it Four?

Happy Easter to everyone. It's been a busy day in the blogsphere and E and I can't wait to meet Baby White. It's hard to believe that in a few short hours (hopefully) we'll be meeting the newest member of our family.

Believe it or not E and I are both still in the midst of some last minute preparations. Mainly just tidying up the house a bit and getting rid of old stuff. We just got finished packing a bag for the next few days in the hospital. I guess we're as ready as we're ever going to be.

Today we had Easter dinner with E's family. It was really nice to see everyone one last time as a married couple and not as parents. They're were a couple of emotional points as we were leaving although I tried to play strong. Everyone is just so happy for us and I personally couldn't have asked for a nicer set of in-laws.

My family is much more reserved, but I think that they're also starting to have trouble containing their excitement too.

At the end of dinner we couldn't help but to take what I think is a fabulous picture of 3 generations of E's family. In the picture is E, E's mother and E's grandmother. Even though Baby White wasn't aware that the picture was being taken it's odd to think how much of a role he or she plays in it.

Off to bed I go. See everyone on the flipside.
