Here's a brand new picture of E's belly for a brand new year. The baby is growing more and more active by the day. Apparently the baby likes spaghetti and meatballs, dark chocolate, oatmeal and pretty much anything else that hits E's stomach. These days we sit around after each meal staring at E's belly looking for signs of Baby White.
Saturday marked the beginning of week 25 for us. According to those internet gurus, Baby White's hearing should now be developed enough to hear Mom and Dad talking about cribs, college saving plans, changing tables, life insurance and pediatricians. The baby is also about 1 pound 9 ounces, but E swears the baby weighs 16 pounds.
On a lighter note the holidays gave us the opportunity to visit the bookstore. We were checking out some pretty graphic books on child birth and what to expect. If it's anything like what was in the books this is going to be a pretty crazy ride.
The holidays also gave us the chance to spend some quality time with family and friends. The nursery is moving full speed ahead. We've picked out colors and the hunt for the perfect crib is on.
We hope everyone had a happy holiday season. Thanks for taking time in 2006 to share in the adventures of Baby White. Stay tuned for even more exciting news in the new year!
